Spindles:
Spindle received for repairing logged in allwell cnc database and dismantled/evaluated for wear and tear as per specified tolerances. A detailed estimate including services and parts sent to the customer for prior approval.

After approval spindles components are thoroughly cleaned and new parts installed at per OEM specifications. Armature shaft is dynamically balanced after repairing it, as it is the heart of quality repair of spindle.

All spindles are tested for vibrations, run-out, ampere drawn etc. And sent to customer with specified warranty for service and parts.

Electronic cards:
Cards received for repair logged into the allwll cnc database and checked for specific problems, and a estimated including service and parts sent to the customer for prior approval.

After receiving the approval from customer repairing is carried out and testing is carried out for various functions of the card and send to the customer in anti static packing.
